« JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. « Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. « I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. « We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. "Que dire hormis que nous avons passé un incroyable séjour! Le staff de l’hôtel était merveilleusement poli et serviable. La chambre impeccable et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité tous les jours de l’immense piscine et de la salle de gym attenante! C’est un excellent point pour l’hôtel que de disposer de ces équipements dernier-cri! (Nous avons pu en profiter toute la journée, même après notre Check out). Le buffet de petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes! Clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam. J’espère vivement revenir un jour au Silk path SaPa! Merci pour tout"

"We booked for 3 nights and we left after the first night. The room was horrible. Moisture, bugs, broken bed, and during the night the air conditionning start to flow near my son bed on the floor. For breakfast, some portable stove was broken. Food i side but no glass to keep the food hot. Everything is broken and dirty in this hotel. The only positive point is the owner and staff are really gentle."
