Prachtig verblijf en een ruime appartement, alleen “brand new” was het niet. Sommige meubilair was echt aan vervanging toe. Let op met eigen/huur vervoer Parkeren was wel een lastige kwestie geen vaste plek in de buurt!

#### Mooi, zoals beschreven

Wij hadden een zeer prettig verblijf in de penthouse. Alles is nieuw en zeer net. Op de vijfde verdieping, maar geen probleem met de stille lift. De penthouse is zeer stil en heeft AC. Gelegen op een klein half uurtje stappen van het oude stadscentrum. Je kan ook de metro nemen bij Patraix. Dan ben je op tien minuten in het centrum. Klein minpunt misschien, er was niets voorzien om de was op te hangen. Een wasrek zou handig zijn. Voor de rest, zeer aan te raden als je naar Valencia wil. Contact met de uitbater was perfect.
