The deposit of 900 euro is required and has to be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent via email. The deposit gets returned in a maximum of 7 days after your check out. HOUSE RULES 1-In order to have access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in online first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out. 2\. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property. 3-The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day. 4.-Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 5- The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions. 6-Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case. 7- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests. 8- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 9-The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us.
