The marina club does play music most evenings that can be heard from apartment balcony. We could not hear the music once we closed up apartment for evening in bedroom so it did not cause any issues for sleeping. Many amazing restaurants within a short walk. It was a short walk from all the bus stops we needed. Very clean and good amenities. You do have to walk up quite a few steps to get to it but that was not a problem for us. Also, if you stay Friday through Sunday and sleep on the sofa bed, bring some ear plugs. There is a local club that blares music until 3 am. Earplugs worked fine and I got a good nights sleep. The apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, and spacious, and had a beautiful balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The location could not have been better, as the apartment was surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Joan was an excellent host. She was very responsive to messages, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She even gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend Joan's apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay at the beach in Valencia. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und stets zuvorkommend. Die Ausgangslage der Wohnung ist top. Man ist direkt am Strand, an der Promenade gibt es sehr viele Lokale und sowohl Busse als auch die Metro fahren nur wenige Meter entfernt direkt bis ins Stadtzentrum oder auch zum Flughafen.
