This cozy 2-bedroom penthouse is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a 19th-century building, fully restored in 2016 while preserving its original character. It features a living/dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, as well as a large private terrace and a panoramic balcony overlooking the bell tower of the Church of San Lorenzo.



The apartment is distinguished by its coffered ceilings, the natural light streaming in through the large living room window, and traditional decorative details such as hand-painted tiles, combined with modern and comfortable furnishings.

Lovely apartment to explore Valencia from

We had some great days in Valencia based in this apartment, two adults and two teenage kids. It is compact but extremely well planned with two complete bathrooms. As it is located on the fourth floor with no elevator it is recommended that all in your company are reasonably fit :)
