Botanico Room Terrace II

This beautiful and spacious studio is the perfect choice for a couples vacation. With private and fully equipped bathroom, and a comfortable double bed. In addition, it has a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of the city throughout the year.



This apartment is located a few meters from the fascinating Botanical Garden of Valencia, an indispensable stop for nature lovers. Beneath its cloak of vegetation, we can travel to each of the continents, imagining exotic or far-off places, or seeing close-up the plants that inhabit our Mediterranean countryside, all of which serve to remind us to the great biodiversity housed on our planet.



In addition, at the foot of the Botanical Garden are the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.

Great location

Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good.

Very convenient studio

Great place in the middle of town. The terrace is wonderful, with sunny and shadowed places. Kitchen is complete and everything else is convenient. I really enjoyed staying there.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super, das Zimmer war sauber und es gab alles, was man braucht – das Positive kann man also abhaken.Aber so hellhörig habe ich noch nie ein Zimmer erlebt. Trotz Ohropax hört man absolut alles, weil die Tür zum Treppenhaus null gedämmt ist. Viele Partygäste aus den oberen Zimmern kamen nachts nach Hause, haben geschrien, gekotzt – und die Haupteingangstür ist so laut, dass man jedes Mal wach wird. Obendrauf wurden Zigarettenkippen aus den oberen Etagen auf unsere Terrasse geschnipst.Die Verwaltung versprach Besserung – passiert ist nichts. Letztendlich waren die Tage völlig ruiniert, weil die Nächte keinen Schlaf zuließen.Fazit: Wer auf Ruhe und Schlaf angewiesen ist, Finger weg.

Super Lage

Wir waren 5 Nächte da. Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ohne Hörschutz war an schalfen nicht zudenken.Lage ist aber perfekt um zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen bzw Einkaufen oder Metro.

Beetje gedateerd ingericht, douche zou vervangen moeten worden. Bed was wel erg goed en groot, heerlijk geslapen. Eerlijk is eerlijk: het is ook goed betaalbaar vergeleken met andere locaties, dus mag ook niet zeuren vind ik! We mochten omdat de kamer schoon was veel eerder de kamer in en dat was heel fijn. Scheelde toch weer koffers stallen op een andere locatie. Mensen van het kantoor zijn ook erg vriendelijk.

Ubicación excelente para visitar Valencia, apartamento pequeñito con todo lo imprescindible. Personal muy amable y en todo momento nos han facilitado que nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable.
