Cozy and comfortable fully equipped apartment very close to the Mediterranean Sea that can accommodate up to 4 people.  
Located on Las Arenas beach. It is perfect for families looking to spend a beach vacation but well connected. 15 minutes by car from the city center and 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences and only 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.  
  
Accommodation:  
Studio apartment located very close to the Cabañal, Malvarrosa and Las Arenas beaches to accommodate up to 4 people. It is the perfect combination to get to know this Mediterranean city, the seed of Western civilization. The city of Valencia enjoys warm beaches with which to combat the summer heat. Easy access to public transportation. Its functional location distribution will allow you to make the most of the good climate of Valencia.  
  
The 42 m2 apartment has the following spaces:  
\- Wonderful open-plan living room (living room-kitchen-bedroom), with a 140x190cm sofa bed, HD-TV and access to a small patio.  
\- Fully equipped American kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle...).  
\- Master bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed.  
\- Bathroom with sink, toilet, mirror and practical shower.  
\- Patio with a table, two chairs and a bench, where relaxing and taking in the fresh air will be a pleasure.  
  
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

\- Split hot/cold air conditioning. (open plan living room-kitchen and bedroom).  
\- Check-in after 9:00 p.m. carries a surcharge of EUR 30.

We would love to attend and advise you about everything you can do in the city of Valencia: gastronomy, sports, museums, culture, leisure, shopping, children, business...  
  
The neighborhood:  
Malvarrosa beach, located to the north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometers of coastline with fine golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later it was a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and today it maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of a renovation phase. As a curiosity, to say that it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and mallows-rosáceas. It is perfect if you want to go with your family or to sunbathe in a relaxed way, but it is also great if you want to practice some sport in front of the sea, since there are areas specially set up for the most active.  
  
100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, hammocks on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez... Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!

A few meters from the building there are various transportation options;  
\- Bus stops: Dr. Lluch (19 – 92).  
 Mediterranean – Queen (32).  
\- Multitude of bicycle rental stations.  
\- Trolley car. Tram Station Stop “Platja les Arenes” (4, 6, 8) at 70 mts.  
\- Taxi and bike lane.

Points forts : Propreté

We had a great 5 night stay. Host was responsive and flexible and check-in/out was very easy. Place was clean and matched pictures, with a few-blocks easy walk to the beach and many restaurants near by. Street parking is free, and didn't have to work too hard to find spots. It's street level, and can be noisy in daytime hours, but windows shut out street noise well when closed.
