"I wouldn't pay more than 150 bucks a night here. The hotel is clearly lacking maintenance in the rooms. The walls were dirty and the bathtub was clogged when we arrived. The staff was terrible. It took them 2 hours to get to my room an iron and my bathtub unclogged. Honestly this is a skip. This and a sad experience because other ilunions we had stayed elsewhere were good."

"One gentleman was friendly at the desk along with the chamber maid. The other ladies at the front desk were unfriendly. The clothes steamer was not functional and the one we were offered as a replacement also broken. We were impressed by the tidyness and space in the room. Nice location with many restaurants and views of the modern Arts and Science District."

"Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose."

"We arrived to find out the hotel pool was closed for renovations but nobody had informed us and as we are in middle of a month long exploring and relaxing holiday this was very disappointing. Also as this hotel is more focused on company visits the terrace bar was closed on 2 of our 4 nights . Rooms and staff good ."
