Modern apartment in picturesque north Guernsey, by beautiful bay and Vale Castle

The ‘Ellingham Apartments at Bordeaux’ is a small holiday complex with 7 apartments. There are three duplex apartments with a Sunday arrival day – Herm, Brecqhou and Sark Apartments. They are identical in size, layout and quality and accessed via a flight of external stairs. The entrance foyer is shared with one other apartment and as they have an 'upside-down' layout the front door takes you to your living room with its window overlooking the garden.

The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden, freesat TV, DvD player, plus a selection of games. The kitchens are fully equipped with all that should be needed (oven, hob, microwave, under-counter fridge/freezer etc), with one apartment additionally having a washing machine and another a dishwasher.
The bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom is on the cosy side and so has one single bed (plus we can provide a travel cot for infants). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
There is a raised garden with picnic bench seating areas, which is shared by all the apartments. As there are only 7 properties at the Ellingham Apartments at Bordeaux, with guests often out-and-about enjoying all that the island has to offer, it is usually nice and quiet. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, which are free for guests to use. Good WiFi and free parking.
