"The outdoor pool onsite is lovely, the only thing that lets it down is the smell of sewage in the area, it’s present walking round the hotel area outside. Not great. The room was booked for 2 children and 2 adults but only had 2 towels and 2 pillows which was annoying. If you book for 4 people you should have the necessary items for 4 people. The room itself was lovely and clean. The TV was a smart TV but you couldn’t use it to watch the intended smart tv apps. You could only stream from your...

"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."
