Located in the heart of Utica, this 2 story home is the perfect fit for you! It comfortably accommodates 4 people. With only a couple miles away from downtown you don’t have to go very far. It is recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen is quite large compared to other similarly priced properties in the area. The owner was responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was one inaccuracy on the listing. It stated that the bed in the second bedroom is a twin, but it is actually a full sized bed. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend this home. The stairway is steep and the floor is slightly uneven which is typical for homes this age. However for our family this was not an issue. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. ##### Carl R.
