Dysfunctional hotel with staff and manager who did not care. Rooms substantially more dated than they look on the web. Stayed two nights and half of the time there was no running water and you could not flush the toilet. Internet slow. Breakfast was quite good though. Tried to use the hotel phone half a dozen times to book another hotel as there was no running water. Did not get through, just got a mechanical voice message in Thai. No compensation offered for the inconveniences instead the staff had the nerve to charge me 780 THB for the phone calls at check out. (anyone familiar with Thai rates know what a scam this was and of course I refused as the reason for these calls was their responsibility) Overall my only bad hotel experience during a two month travel and probably my worst hotel experience ever.
