The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast choice was excellent. The drinks choice was very good.

Hatton Court
The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, so they are attending to some much needed improvements. Breakfast has so much potential but was really poor. One plate sent back after staff failed to enquire about allergies. Another plate was served cold (literally cold).

Rooms are dated Charge 10 pounds per person for Spa/pool yet not clearly detailed on any website! First room bathroom had a leak and second room door wouldn’t close! Staff not very interested!!
