Jisco Hotel Obama Onsen
The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something.

The gentleman working at the counter told us the taxis would not come because it was raining. We found this hard to believe and in fact were able to flag one down after walking a bit and fortunately ...

Grand Base Nagasaki City
Convenient location, very modern apartment with sensor-controlled lighting and a selectable hot water system. The check-in process was quite convoluted, including uploading passports / paying accommodation tax online / video chat.

GRAND BASE Saiwaimachi
AC works, enough space for 6 people, clean, fast response from support staff. Location is a bit far from the train station by foot, it's more convenient to take a taxi especially if you have luggages.
