We stayed here for 4 days and everything is walkable. They have restaurants, grocery store just opposite. There is a creek that just next to the property and its beautiful. Reception always answered our phone calls and answered any questions we had. Rooms were clean and kitchen had lots of vessels to cook. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service.
