Heating is provided by electric radiator‑style heaters and a wall heater in the main room. While there’s no air conditioning, each cottage has a whole‑house fan plus additional circulating fans to keep things comfortable. The Pier’s water supply is fully potable, treated through a PA DEP‑approved system that is chlorinated, softened, and tested monthly for safety.
