    A propos de la propriété
    Il y a deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre à l'étage a un lit double et à côté une grande salle de douche. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée est sur 3 niveaux et comprend un lit superposé et un lit king-size. Cette chambre dispose également de sa propre salle de bain avec douche. Le lit king-size a une marge limitée sur un côté et est accessible via une petite échelle (comme un lit cabine adulte), mais permet de passer une nuit de sommeil excitante et confortable.

    La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une plaque à induction, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur avec un petit compartiment congélateur et surtout un lave-vaisselle. Hors du couloir est une autre toilette et une machine à laver si vous en avez besoin.

    Choses à faire
    Situés entre les parcs nationaux d’Exmoor et de Dartmoor, les randonneurs, les cyclistes et les amateurs de grands espaces ne manquent pas. La pêche et le tir sont également populaires dans cette région et nous nous trouvons dans un endroit sombre qui offre des cieux incroyablement étoilés. Les plages de Saunton et Croyde sont à 40 km pour le surf ou la construction de châteaux de sable. Il y a des cartes et un guide plein d'idées dans la propriété.

    Les chiens sont les bienvenus, mais veuillez les garder à l'écart des meubles et des chambres. Il y a un jardin clos avec table et chaises d'extérieur, un endroit parfait pour votre cabot ou pour vous permettre de prendre un repas en plein air ou même d'observer un oiseau (si le temps le permet!)

The property is in a wonderfully quiet location, a short walk to a village pub which we'd highly recommend - the food and service was fantastic. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Easter 2024 at The Linhay

Most beautiful property, situated on the outskirts of a lovely village with a great pub. The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break in a lovely property in beautiful countryside.

A wonderful Objekt

We really enjoyed our stay in Linhay. The property was clean and very well equipped. The contact with the landlords, who live on the same property, was very nice and we felt very welcome. Linhay is a nice accommodation as a base for various excursions. The pub in the nearby village is within easy reach and offers regional specialities. Kind regards and Perhaps we see us next year.

A week under thatch

Very pleasant converted cow barn. Dog proof patio area but all hard surface no grass. Very friendly owners always willing to assist us old folks. Steep stairs though. Beautiful local countryside to explore.

Lovely home away from home ..m

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for around a month between selling our home and moving in to our next home. The Linhay was perfect. Lovely and quiet, comfortable, warm, well equipped and great wifi. Sarah and her family are relaxed, warm and welcoming. Our dogs loved the surrounding countryside. We would not have any hesitation staying there again nor recommending it to others. A lovely little home from home. Cath

Wonderful rural retreat

Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. A bit more garden for our bigger dog would’ve been great, but there were a couple of public footpaths at the top and bottom of the hill, a few mins from the door. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a clean, well appointed and tastefully renovated property.

Amazing property

Absolutely loved our stay in Kings Nymptom. The property was stunning, very clean and very well equipped. Sarah had thought of everything you might need during your stay which even meant I was able to make my daughter's birthday cake, something I couldn't do in Center Parcs without bringing loads of equipment. There was tea, coffee and sugar, some milk. Salt and pepper and even olive oil. It was topped off with a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Sadly we didn't have great weather, as is common in the summer holidays! But there were games to play and we could access our own Netflix through the TV. The outside area was lovely and was perfect for when we had a bit of sun show it's face. It's a lovely area with plenty to do within a short drive. Would definitely recommend !

Héérlijk plekje

Het is een schattig huisje, wel afgelegen maar heerlijk rustig. Pubs in de buurt om te eten en kwartiertje naar grotere supermarkt. Leuke plekken in te bezoeken in de buurt en prachtige wandel paden. Wij hadden geluk met het weer een ook het buiten bij het huisje is aangenaam en groot, fijn om te zitten. Eigenaren wonen ernaast maar je zit geheel vrij, overigens erg aardige eigenaren :)
