Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 7 km, railway station 34 km, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km.

Empfehlenswert

Wir waren zu 6, vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder in der Villa Minja. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und zeitnah. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig, ist so weit sauber und die Fotos entsprechen dem vorgefundenen. In paar Minuten ist man am Meer oder in Umag, alles nötige ist in Kürze erreichbar. Der Pool ist wunderbar, der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Kleinere Mängel an Einrichtungen, die aber zu verschmerzen sind und nicht ins Gewicht fallen.

Ruhige Gegend, 6 Km von Umag entfernt. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, nur die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da muss nachgebessert werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Schönes Haus zum Urlaub machen

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und es hat jedem sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmern waren sehr schön, jedoch ist das Haus ein Holzhaus und sehr hellhörig. Was mit 2 Kleinkinder nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft ist. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund mit und er fühlte sich auch sehr wohl. Der Garten is groß genug und der Pool war sehr sauber. Es gab genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt für uns. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund. Wir hatten noch 2 Doppelzimmer frei und das war gut so :D aber ich denke mit mehreren Leuten ist es bestimmt auch schön, jedoch is das Haus sehr Hellhörig. Der Pool war Gepflegt und den Abbildungen getreu. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt!
