広さは出張での連泊程度ならちょうどいい。値段も安い。リフォームされ、清潔さもまあまあある。ただし、ユニットバスはかなりの年月経過があり、黒カビだらけ。これは嫌な人は嫌だと思う。普通にびっしりある。私は、値段的に目をつぶっている。ユニットバスは1度立て込んでしまうと、内装全てを壊さないと出せないので、交換ができずにいることはわかる。ただ、年に数回、メンテナンスをしてほしいとは思っている。それだけでも随分違うはず。

#### 注意書きがあるも、排水が悪過ぎる

浴槽の栓を抜くとバスユニット床が水浸しになり、バスマットやスリッパがビショビショになった。床が乾くまで洗面できなかった。注意書きには浴槽排水と洗面使用を同時にしないようにあるが関係無かった。

無料でジュースやコーヒー、スパークリングワインが飲むことができるサービスがありよかった。 ただ、隣の部屋の咳払いまで聞こえるのが難点かと思う。

宿泊者利用のラウンジがあり、コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは、ありがたい。宇部の周辺ホテルを全部見た訳ではないが、いままで、宇部で活用した3つのホテルでは、ここだけ。 欲を言えば、女性用の洗顔、化粧落とし、化粧水、乳液等のアメニティがあると、もっと良い。

#### 古いけど綺麗

設備は古いが清掃がしっかりされていて清潔感があった。少し駅から歩くので、車で来る人向けかと思いました。

宇部空港最寄りの「草江」駅から下関方面へ向かってホテル最寄りの「宇部新川」駅まで10分。このローカル線が1時間に1本なので参った。
