During my stay, around 2:00 AM the mini-split A/C started making a strange noise and suddenly began throwing ice onto the bed and carpet. I notified the hotel, but no one came to fix it and I was not offered another room. At checkout, the staff had no idea about the issue, which made me feel like management does not communicate or care about guests’ concerns."
