The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

"One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Italy. They have their own beach and restaurant there. The place was very clean and all the employees were really nice ! The amenities are great here with a pool a gym and beach chairs and umbrellas. They were also friendly to my service dog ! Looking forward ..."
