The condominium overlooks the private garden in a residential area rich in green spaces, well-connected and only 20 minutes from the city center. The spacious entrance, not an open space with the living room, ensures privacy for the two bedrooms. The living room features a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, and the functional bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. With 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, and fiber optics, it's perfect for smart working. Lovely decor, two balconies (!), a gas hob, tall ceilings and very homely. The location was also brilliant, it's a little outside the centre but very very well connected, lots of transport links within walking distance. We appreciate the Water and Coffee and sweets for the fist day. The kitchen is small but you find everything you need in nearly new condition. There are several supermarkets and bars for breakfast nearby. Tram an bus stations are very near. At nite it was very quiet and the house itself is clean and well maintained.
