Was awesome. A little out of way from train stations but if you get a bus its not bad. Dont take 40 min walk from train stations because there arnt sidewalks for most of it. Really good food breakfast was awesome and so was dinner

Comfortable and quiet place.

The position of this hotel allows you to enjoy a real beautiful view of the Alps, on a clear winter day. The city center is about 20 min by car, so, in a big city like Turin, it’s a good solution to be far from the city traffic and noises.

Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean and modern, but sound proofing could be better , I had a particularly loud snorer in he room next to me and at times it felt like he was in the room with me ! Not the hotels fault I know. The outdoor car park at the back of the building was a good size and parking was easy. breakfast was simple but reflective of the price . Overall I was happy. Again a particular mention to the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant who really were lovely

Once inside the property is decent, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. The area surrounding the hotel felt sketchy though.

Very nice little hotel.

Great little hotel in a semi-industrial area - off the tourist track. Nice restaurant on-site. On the way out of Turin heading towards Milan so very handy. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent Customer Experience

Lady at the reception was helpful at the time I called. This tempted me to stay. Federica at reception upon arrival courteous. Ladies serving breakfast smiling, pro active and super helpful. A wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable room.

Nice hotel, BUT FAAAAAAAAR FROM TORINO

The price was OK, normal... but its NOT in TURIN!!! u cant find it even on some city maps. U have 45-60min with public transport to the PORTA SUSA (center). Everything was fine about the staff and the room cleaniness, but i will never go again, i would pay a bit more just to be closer to center of the city.

Clean rooms but had payment issues

We stayed at this hotel for a night. We'd booked two rooms for 4 adults. The hotel is located in an area that looks like an industrial estate. The rooms were clean but looked dated and in need of refurbishment. On arrival, we were given two rooms next to each other but one of the rooms had not been cleaned and the bedsheets were lying around etc. So we headed back to reception to be told that the wrong room was handed over, so they gave us keys to another room which was cleaned and ready. The breakfast available was basic. The hotel is pet friendly, as we say a lot of guests with their dogs in the morning. On checkout at reception, we were asked to pay the hotel charges again. We told the reception person that we had already paid through hotels.com. We were then told that Hotels.com had only blocked the amount and that we would need to pay at the reception, so we paid the charges again and didn't think much of it. On returning to the UK we found out that both payments had been confirmed and we were double charged. So we raised the support ticket with Hotels.com only to be told that we should get in touch with the hotel directly. After much back and forth emails over 10 days, the amount has finally be refunded after the hotel accepted their mistake. So overall an average hotel but be wary of payments if you are booking using hotels.com.

Struttura nuova, ben tenuta, curata, pulita. Parcheggio gratuito e colazione sublime! Ovviamente, tutto meraviglioso se si gira in automobile come abbiamo fatto noi in questo viaggio. Diversamente, occorre tener presente che non solo non siamo a Torino, bensì a San Mauro, ma che anche il centro di quest’ultima non è raggiungibile a piedi. Ma, ripeto, se si gira in auto e magari si vogliono fare giri fuori Torino, a spasso per il Piemonte, è perfetta!
