It’s much darker than the photos. The shower never got hot or had any water pressure. No one checked us into the property to show us around or show us how things worked and there was no binder with info. It is an older property, which usually is fine but I found the shower, condition of the pillows (and a number of other minor things) but especially the customer service of this third party company to be unacceptable. While the location is amazing, the conditions were uncomfortable enough to have us move. After addressing these issues with the company, they never discussed them with me and just stopped responding. I’ve had so many great stays in Europe using Vrbo and have never had such a disappointing experience. ##### Marissa B.
