Very helpful staff for when we needed to check in last minute and store our bags before our rooms were ready. They even brought them up and had them waiting in one of our rooms when we arrived.

The hotel is adjacent to the cenrral station, so quite convenient. The rooms were quite large and the breakfast excellent. However, the rooms need more lighting and the air conditioning was hardly sufficient. The room really didn't cool down much until after midnight.

Great hotel in central Torino. The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

This place was great! Our hotel room looked like it was straight out of an old Hollywood movie with its double level and balcony to sit outside and look onto the street. The staff was great and the location was an easy walk to amazing sites! We would definitelty stay here again and recommend it!

For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

I've stayed here many times before. The room and hotel were lovely and clean. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't pushing much air around, this was because the filters were 5mm thick with dust. Even after cleaning these out, there was flow of air but by no means cool air, the room was stuffy and hot, especially after a shower. Shower wash, coffee, tea and cups in the room weren't checked/ replaced daily and the water in the gym wasnt replaced at all. There are better hotels in the area at cheaper prices so will definitely be looking to stay elsewhere next time.

Overall good but some upgrades may be needed

Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money.

The words will fall short of expressing my gratitude to the hotel staff. They were accommodating while trying to contact the airline's lost and found department. They provided me with temporary toiletry and continued to create a hospitable atmosphere until the minute I left. Thank you, I am eternally grateful.

There is no parking at this property, the parking is down the street at the train station. Also the beds and furniture in the room are old dusty and uncomfortable. The air conditioner makes a horrible noise so good luck sleeping.
