About this space
Enjoy this charming yet comfortable home, just steps away from the Tulsa Expo Center near gate 7\. Find comfort in knowing that it is a 4 minute drive to the University of Tulsa, 6 mins to Cherry Street, 9 mins to downtown/BOK center, 10 mins to the airport or gathering place, and 2 mins to shopping for essentials. Don't worry, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom or backyard deck area in this quiet neighborhood. This home has a spacious living space and comfortable beds.
The space

There is a large smart TV that allows for unlimited streaming.
There are two comfortably sofas, one of which is great for stretching out and relaxing like you are at home.
WIFI- compatible with working remotely.
Plenty of seating for all guests.
There is a record player with fun albums available.
plenty of throw pillows and blankets.
Two additional blankets for your pet and an available dog bed if needed to have a nice space for your pet to rest near you.
(Please note the fireplace is not functional)

Fully equipped kitchen, with every item we could think of to include to accommodate your stay.
Fully stocked coffee & tea bar is included. variety of coffees including decaf, tea, honey, flavors, honey, cream, splenda and sugar. Board games stored in shelving in dining room.
\~Bedroom One\~
Queen size, very comfortable bed,
closet, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, chair, lamps. Accommodates 2 guests
\~Bedroom Two\~
Full over full trundle bed (two mattresses), very comfortable mattress, closet, ceiling fan, chair, lamp. Accommodates 4 guests. Playpen stored in this closet.
\~Full Bathroom\~
Located in the hall between two rooms. hairdryer available. Shower/tub located in the bathroom.
\~Laundry room\~
Washer and dryer with soap available for a few washes if needed as well as an iron. There is a small vacuum. mop and broom here. This room is just off of the Kitchen and located inside the home. Cornhole stored in laundry room.
\~Outdoor Space\~
Small deck off of kitchen, outdoor string lights, decorative privacy fencing. Fully fenced backyard. three different seating areas. Easy start firepit and propane BBQ grill just off kitchen on deck. Cornhole for a little fun is available. This is a very relaxing space after a busy day!
Guest access
Parking available for two cars in the driveway as well as street parking if needed (total 4 cars max). Full access to the home except for Housekeeping closets and shed.
