Great place. Wonderful area if you like to walk/ explore, and the pool was a great reprieve in the heat. Very peaceful. The kitchen had ice, spices, and plastic wrap, etc. wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a washer/dryer in the bedroom. It came stocked with laundry detergent and stain remover, etc. Very handy! Walked to a cute little ice cream shop, Swirl 66. It was less than a five minute walk from my unit. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I spent 8 days at Jason's place. The rooms were plenty large and we were very comfortable. Shout out to the comfortable beds and high end linens! Although it was only March, Jason opened up the pool right as we were arriving, due to me nudging him aligning with a heat wave. I plan to stay again.

We absolutely loved the proximity to the walking path behind the house. This, along with there being a school right there means it's quiet at night and you can hear birds instead of traffic in the morning. Also loved it being with walking distance of several cool eateries.We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jason was wonderfully communicating and helpful and understanding when an app snafu caused him to get messages intended for another host. So happy we stayed here!

Great Location

We will definitely come back to stay at this house. The location was really neat with the walking trail behind the house. The trail leads to the gathering place. The house was simple, safe and comfortable.

Spacious one bedroom apartment, great location - near all the sites we wanted to see, loved the backyard. Jason responded to every question I had practically instantaneously. Would stay here again if in the area 🙂

Exactly what we needed!

We needed/wanted a place for an overnight stay with a pool and we were not disappointed. We were shocked to find such a place during this time of year, short notice, one night without breaking the bank. We are planning for our next stay here.

This apartment is centrally located yet quiet. Spacious. Would love to stay again when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the pool. Nearby, Doubleshot Coffee was a definite perk too!

Clean, comfortable unit. Easy to get to other locations in Tulsa. Tacos x Mezcal is a comfortable walk for a different delicious Sunday brunch.

Jason was a wonderful host. The apartment was even better than the description. The common area & pool were beautiful (we actually swam in October). Nice location near Cherry St & Woodward Park. Plan on going back again!

Very quiet, spacious first floor apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed, sitting area was well-appointed, and bed was comfy. Backyard was huge with a firepit and pool and easy access to great walking/running/biking trail. Easy walk to great eateries, a dog park, and bars. Views of Downtown. Host was proactive, responsive, and great to work with.Bathroom door is a flimsy plastic accordion pocket door that offers very little privacy. Not a good fit if you are traveling with someone where that is an issue. Also limited space to do hair and make-up in bathroom. Had to sit on floor in front of a propped up long mirror. All in all, great value, great location, and would likely book again.

Great place with bonus - pool and firepit!

Thank you Jason for an amazing stay in Tulsa! The location was great and the host was super helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the yard for our pups to get a little exercise. The apartment had a sliding glass entry right into the backyard. We loved the pool and the firepit at night. The apartment was cozy and clean and had everything we needed and was close to some cool bars and restaurants. The off street parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. We will definitely stay again next time we are back!

Great location

This place is a good choice. Jason is on site and check-in is straightforward and simple. The midland Valley Trail runs just behind the house and you are a short walk from the Gathering Place and the the Riverside trails. You’re also a block away from Taco + Mescal, a terrific TexMex place. Cherry street and Brookside are a short drive. The Dylan Center and the Woody Guthrie center are also nearby. The photos fairly represent the accommodations.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 kids (14, 12, and 11). Tulsa was this year’s Midwest summer vacation destination. The property was exactly as described. The pool was a HUGE perk given the daily extreme heat warnings! You could not find a better location to stay in Tulsa. Given the size/population of Tulsa, I expected that some of our daytime excursions would require at least 45min commute times. That was not the case. We were so centrally located that the longest commute was 20 minutes! We made most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen which cut down on costs. Jason was an attentive host who was willing to answer whatever questions arose.
