First Time in Tucson

The property was clean, convenient and well-suited for our family. The backyard firepit area offered a restful evening after a day touring the Saguaro National Park. We will definitely try to stay at this home when we return.

Adobe Getaway in Tucson

My husband wanted to escape to Tucson to bicycle on the roads, gravel, and mountains of the surrounding area, and I wanted to relax in a comfortable home then enjoy Tucson cuisine. Our vacation was perfect! Clint is a wonderful host. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks. The home has 2 king bedrooms and a hide-a-bed couch in the den. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a drip coffee maker. The home is cutely furnished and very clean. The backyard is private with outdoor seating, a fire pit, a propane heater, and a propane grill. We loved it so much that we extended our trip before returning to reality! Thanks, Clint, for a wonderful setting to enjoy Tucson!

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our time here as it met our needs. It was quiet and relaxing. It did take us some time to get to various attractions but that is typical in a city this size. We enjoyed hiking, sightseeing, and golfing while we were here. Thank you

Great place

House is really clean and well equipped. The owner also leaves gifts and snacks for the guests. The only detail I had was with the house rules where he specifies to take the trash out, but there is no trash can or bin outside the house.

This cute and remodeled place was perfect for our Family of Four. Toddler friendly and all of the necessities needed. There is a bit of construction going on on Brown street however the location was convenient for us as well.

The house was situated so there was very little outside noise.

The house was spacious. The kitchen appliances worked, nicely. There was enough space for 2 cars. The laundry room was also used to store samples. The children’s loved the backyard and we loved the outside patios and chairs. The weather was cool and rainy so we could not enjoy the grill or fire pit. There were some fragile decorations and we realized toddlers can ... well, you know. The owner was very understanding. But the damage was covered under insurance. Nice neighborhood

Spring Break in Tucson

The house was very comfortable, clean, with enough room for two adults and 2 older teenage boys. The host provided a welcoming gift of fruit and a bottle of wine which was such a thoughtful thing to do. The home is well stocked re: towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker AND coffee. We did not use the washer and dryer but both are full sized. The AC unit worked really well also. The home provides ample privacy and the neighbor was so quiet and peaceful. My one real suggestion would be a reading lamp in the bedroom! Tucson is a city with not freeways other than Hey 10 which runs along the bottom of the city so all travels are mostly done on surface road. We found we were about 20 minutes or so in all direction from the sites we visited. The home is only about 1 block from an Albertsons in a strip mall.

Nice place in Tucson

We stayed at this cute home for 4 nights with our two kids. House has been nicely updated. The property manager was very responsive when we were looking for sheets for the sofa bed and even brought over some additional games for our kids later. We enjoyed playing games in the yard and sitting around the fire pit.

Beautiful Tucson

Excellent rental

We were extremely happy with our stay in Tucson at this beautiful townhome! The entire unit was beautifully renovated. The outdoors very relaxing. The entire property felt and appeared new. The location was very convenient yet quiet. We walked our dog around the entire neighborhood with never an uncomfortable feeling. Excellent accommodations, we will definitely try to return.

Excellent Tucson Rental

Could not be happier with the beautiful townhome. Although it is in a small group of townhomes, it is off by itself, so is more like a single story house. Very well newly renovated, all the comforts of home. Excellent safe location, was able to walk our dog throughout the neighborhood. Definitely would like to stay again.
