At low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand and is the perfect base from which to explore the South Cornish Coastal Path. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. There is a decked terrace out to the front and below a large stoage area carved back into the stone providing ample space to store kayaks and paddle boards. A perfect setting to unwind and relax. The beautiful Porthluney Beach lies adjacent to the estate along with the SouthWest Coastal path with stunning walks in all directions.
