« Fantastic property! We loved the quiet and privacy, as well as the view, at this lovely home. Very clean but also dog friendly, it was exactly what we hoped to experience for our end-of-college year trip away with our son and our dog. The sunroom is lovely, and the hammock out back is not to be missed. Do bring bug and tick protection, the critters are plentiful this year. Great walks available around the house, and equidistant from Wellfleet and PTown made this easy peasy. Morning beach time...

« The house is prestine! Even better than the pics. There's a great outdoor space, the only bad thing was the pollen and mosquitos made us not want to be outside. Probabky just picked a bad time of yesr for that. It is awesome that everything is so close. Provincetown is only a 15min drive at most. We had some programing issues with the main floor central air and since we inly stayed a few days it wasnt worth having anyone come take a look. The house stayed cool anyway and upstairs air was great....

« We did not end up with as many staying as we thought which was fine. The house was comfortable, rooms clean and overall was fine. As VRBO hosts ourselves we offer some constructive suggestions: 1) Upgrade the shower heads - a comfy bed and a good shower are key. Not enough pressure and the hot water getting to master shower was weak. 2) Simple amenities like soap, shampoo, tissues etc. are a nice touch. Or make it clear that there is not any of that. We were not. 3) 9 AM check out is way too...

« Lovely midcentury modern home that fits beautifully in its wooded lot. Wonderfully clean and well-equipped throughout and extra beach chairs, bikes and washer/dryer in basement are a huge bonus! « Great location across the street from Corn Hill Beach. The property owner, Linda is great and very responsive. It's nice and quiet at night. This is a rustic small beach cottage (Wild Rose) and if you are up for that you'll love it. If you want something modern with lots of space, look elsewhere. »

« My family has an bi-annual tradition of celebrating Thanksgiving on the Cape. This house was perfect. It was clean and well laid out. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would defiantly stay here again! »

« We enjoyed our stay. The listing says sleeps 4 so absolutely zero privacy. I would stay again but just with my wife. Also, the kitchen was a bit grimy and could use a deep cleaning. The charm is a great view of the harbor with amazing sunsets. »

"Profitez des scooters électriques et vélo COAST neufs, pratique pour aller en ville et en plus vous encouragerez une entrepreneure locale avec très bon service. Le service d’accueil de l’hôtel est très moyen et froid, assez décevant. Les petit déjeuner sont assez basique et pas du tout représentatif du prix du séjour. On aimerait s’assoir dans une salle et pouvoir prendre un vrai déjeuner plutôt que des œufs durs attrapés au comptoir de l’acceuil. La qualité de la literie et des lits est irréprochable et les chambres étaient très propres. Est ce qu’on reviendrait ? Non pas dans ce budget … "

"Très beau sejour. Idéalement situé près d’une des plus belles plages de cape cod, fish market, resto de pizza, provincetown, vue sur la baie. Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Je recommande fortement pour le prix malgré décor vieillot. "
