"I enjoyed staying at this property. It was cozy, well-decorated, and homey, which made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated that it was clean and well-appointed. My only two notes are that the refrigerator is not very large so it was difficult to keep my leftovers. Also, I enjoyed the location, which sage, but will note for others that it is a bit far from central Boston. The host, Eddie, was very communicative, helpful, and responsive. I would stay here again. "

"We found this property to be appropriately comfortable and well- laid out overall for our stay with two babies and our dogs. It is not a very fancy location or property, but served our needs well to spend time on our favorite island. The residential neighborhood is fairly noisy. I did appreciate the host’s communication and understanding for two potential issues- one huge one being a date change and then change back due to ferry car reservations. "I've stayed at many short term rentals, and I don't think I've ever had one this well stocked/equipped. All those little things I've had to purchase or bring to other rentals: containers for leftovers, sandwhich bags, cling wrap, sugar, tissues, etc. This home already had all those things and it was much appreciated. Also had all the cooking apparatus I could want. Great house with 1800's charm, perfectly located on a quieter side of Commercial street, but not far from the fun. Would go again in...

"The Ashmont Suite was accurately described. It was in a quiet older neighborhood. The home was clean, well appointed and truly had every thing we needed. Communication from the owner was timely and clear. We stayed as a family as our son was running the Boston Marathon. The property was about a 20 minute Uber to the airport and downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to others."
