You know the old adage. “Do not judge a book by its cover. “The outside of the courtyard Marriott is very disappointing. The hotel was clean and we liked the style of the room. Our kids really appreciated how warm the pool was, and we liked that we could walk to the CC mall next door. A couple of issues - we reserved a room that slept 5 people, but were told that wasn’t available for the price we paid, which didn’t make sense. We were offered a cot, but it seemed impractical so I just used a sleeping bag on the floor. Something needs correction there. Also, the breakfast voucher option was confusing (for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12), which didn’t quite match our party - 2 adults, 1 kid under 12 and two teenagers. Overall, the voucher saved us money, but it could use some tweaking for families that have different ages.
