The room was spacious enough and had a small fridge, which was convenient. Housekeeping is only provided upon request. Unfortunately, the TV was quite outdated, with no streaming apps or Chromecast available. There were only a few Norwegian TV channels and no international ones, which is disappointing nowadays. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Tromsø. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but upgrading the TVs to include streaming apps would definitely improve the guest experience.

Whilst our room appeared fairly basic, it was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The breakfast probably had the best selection of options we’ve ever come across, it was excellent and a very relaxing restaurant.

Great stay - accomodations, room and breakfast were great. Good location and felt very safe. It would have been a 5 star rating until Thursday night when the nightclub was open until 2am. I could hear it on the 8th floor.

Nice room with heating and window, big bathroom, terasse and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Staff very helpful, public parking just in front with few parking places, breakfasts with everything you need

Lovely stay. Great breakfast. Perfect location. Room was very clean except for a ball of hair found in one corner of the room upon my arrival. Not the best first impression but everything else about the stay and cleanliness was beyond reproach and succeeded in undoing that first impression. Harmless lapse. I was even offered breakfast at 3:30am before I left for the airport. I’d give it 4 1/2 stars if that were an option. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is well located within walking distance to all (except for the Arctic cathedral) tourist attractions and the main “high street”. The room was nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that people generally have breakfast at a certain time and this meant that the restaurant was overly busy during this pinch point. However, there is no real structure or assistance from the hotel with this and therefore makes it feel chaotic. With this said; the spread served at the buffet breakfast has an extended variety of choices - amazing! We would definitely stay here when we next visit during the summer sun!

Great hotel! Breakfast was excellent with tons of options! Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, though, didn’t start until 8, which seemed late. It was located in the middle of town so everything was walkable. It was easy to get from the airport on the airport bus the hotel. The stop was across the street and catching the bus back to the airport was right outside the hotel. There were maps at the front desk to navigate around the town.
