Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Les Trois-Îlets, boasting sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a private swimming pool, a floor area of 157 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and you can enjoy the tree-lined grounds surrounding the house and the swimming pool. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
Please note: organising events and parties involving large groups, as well as causing a noise disturbance, is not permitted in the villa.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Master bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200), TV and a desk area with an RJ45 Ethernet socket, with an en-suite shower room (with shower)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a 180x200 bed, with an en-suite shower room (shower and WC)

Upstairs:
- A 39 m² living area with sofas and a TV, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: kitchen appliances (multifunction food processor, electric lemon squeezer and hand mixer), a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle…
- An outdoor dining area on the upper terrace, with outdoor seating and two hammocks
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a 180x200 bed, and a desk area with an RJ45 Ethernet socket
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, and hairdryer.

Outdoors:
- A private 8m x 4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump. It is open all year round and is fitted with an alarm and a secure fence.
- The terrace surrounding the pool measures 40 m² and features six sun loungers and an outdoor shower with room-temperature water
- The upstairs terrace measures 58.5 m² and features a table, garden furniture (sofas and armchairs), as well as two hammocks
- A wooded garden surrounding the house and the swimming pool

The house is situated 900 m from La Pointe du Bout, with a shuttle bus service available to Fort-de-France, Anse Mitan beach, and local restaurants and food shops.

Activities:
Pointe du Bout is a lively tourist area, featuring a marina and a Creole village with numerous shops (including a chemist’s) and restaurants. You’ll also find a variety of services here: car and boat hire, catamaran trips, diving clubs, windsurfing and kitesurfing, and jet skis. Anse Mitan beach is 900 metres from the house.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles.
