Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The studio comprises \- A 20 m² living room with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and dining area. \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC The studio is ideally located in Les Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment, 30 metres from the Creole village with shops, restaurants, launderette 7/7 days, bakery, pharmacy... Activities : \- Diving, hotel registration, boat tours, cane museum, slave savannah museum, Empress Josephine museum, casino, departmental golf course... \- Pointe du bout municipal beach 150 metres away, beach access at nearby hotels from 50 metres to 300 metres. Events nearby : \- Carnival in February \- Tour de la Martinique des Yoles Rondes, first week of August Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free municipal car park 30 metres from the studio. Il y a eu de l'attente à l'arrivée (une heure) et une ponctualité satisfaisante au départ. Les points forts : il est en excellent état, bien équipé, très propre, très haut de plafond, au dernier étage, tranquille dans la journée et très bien placé géographiquement. L’arrivée n’était pas super, car nous avons beaucoup cherché et personne ne s’était présenté à l’heure prévu, mais après un coup de téléphone, nous avons eu quelqu’un rapidement, très sympathique! Cependant, nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait de commodité tel que mouchoir, serviette, essuie-vaisselle, etc. Problème réglé une fois le problème mentionné au propriétaire. Au niveau de la literie, seulement un petit drap… pas suffisant à mon avis. Niveau propreté, c’était très bien, l’espace est très bien aussi pour un couple, salle de bain très propre. Hôte très réactif et proactif, somme toute nous avons apprécié notre visite. Dernier point, le wifi n’est pas très rapide et peu puissant, mais fait le travail en général.
