ADDRESS: VIA BOVETO 41 - 50 sqm apartment. on the ground floor in an independent villa with private garden at 300 mt. from the sea and 2 km from the city center. Resident owners in the upper floor. Located in a quiet private road with wide open views Karst plateau and the Sanctuary of Monte Grisa. Composed of a kitchen / living room fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and large closet. Possibility of further two places in the sofa bed in the living room. Cot, changing mat and high chair provided. Fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, Italian Moka coffee maker, kettle, iron and basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil olive oil, vinegar and detergent). TV / Monitor LED Samsung flat screen 24 inches, with USB and satellite antenna. WI-FI. Underfloor heating and a wood stove in the stove. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hair dryer and clothes horse. All sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Supplies basic toiletries included (soap, shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper). Private garden of 100 square meters. the exclusive use of guests, with: umbrella, table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue. Garage for one car. Given the proximity only 200 mt to a long bike path that will take you from Miramare Castle until the pedestrian center in the city, are provided for free for guests to use bicycles 6: 4 for adults (one with a child seat) and 2 for children 4/8 years. They also provide the games for children including a slide. Possibility to use washing machine. Free shuttle service to and from the Central Railway Station. Possibility transport / return to and from the airport (contact the owner).

The apartment was very clean and decorated very beautifully. The host provided everything we needed including coffee, milk, bottled water and breakfast items. Lamberto made our trip totally stress free. He picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station both days and dropped us off at the port for our cruise. He is the very best host. I highly recommend this apartment. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m in the area again.

Wonderful stay

This home is beautifully done. The hosts were wonderful! The house was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Great location. Make sure you take stroll along the Adriatic sea and grab coffee or Prosecco.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit reizendem Gastgeber

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem bestens ausgestatteten Apartment am Rande von Triest. Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft und einige Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Meer nur wenige Minuten, wo man über Treppen gut ins Meer zum schwimmen gehen kann. Nach Triest und Umgebung Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt Dank der guten Tipps unseres Gastgeber Lamberto haben wir wunderbare Ausflüge gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Einfach Ideal

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alles war vom feinsten und absolut sauber. Die Beschreibung im Angebot trifft absolut zu. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Gastgeber immer für uns da. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Selbstversorger Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist durch die nahe Bushaltestelle auch ideal für einen Aufenthalt ohne Auto. Mit Auto ist die Parksituation durch den nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz auch ideal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.

Hög klass på boendet

Ett boende vi varmt kan rekommendera. Boende är av mycket hög klass. Det har allt det man behöver och inget saknas. Vi fick ett varmt mottagande av ägarna och bjöds på välkomstdrink med tilltugg. De bjöd även på ett startpaket med dricka, kakor, flingor, kaffe och the. Vi hade tillgång till egen trädgård med solsängar, parasoll och bord. När vi anlände fick vi väldigt mycket information om Trieste, stränder, kultur, restauranger, vilket vi uppskattade. Stort tack till Ingrid och Lamberto!!

Kurzurlaub in der Villa Sisko in Triest

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man merkt daß die Vermieter Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung haben walten lassen. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung im Internet. Der Empfang war auch sehr persönlich und herzlich mit einem kleinen Snack und einer Flasche Seco zur Begrüßung durch Lamberto. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parksituation am Haus, man musste auf einem öffentlichen, kostenfreien Parkplatz parken, der zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt war. Wir können uns vorstellen, die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Triest wieder zu buchen.

Villa Sisko is truly an excellent location when visiting Trieste!

We stayed at Villa Sisko in mid-October for a week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Ingrid and Lamberto are incredible hosts and did everything to make our visit as comfortable and easy as possible, picking us up at the train station, preparing a delicious ragu pasta lunch complete with appetizers and prossecco upon our arrival, having our laundry done, and arranging a cab service back to the train station when we had to leave extra early on our last day! The Villa is situated in a neighborhood of Barcola, which is a 5-10 minute bus ride or 25 minute walk to Trieste along the Adriatic coastline. Barcola itself offers many dining options along the coastline, and is within walking distance to Castello Miramare (Maximillian's castle). The walk from the apartment to the water is about 5 minutes, and bikes are available (in the villa garage). The apartment had everything needed to get started (starter milk, toast, fruit and snacks) and had all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice literature rack in the kitchen area that has all of the information needed to explore Trieste as well as nearby Slovenia and Croatia. Lamberto took us through a booklet he and Ingrid created of suggested places to visit (tourist attractions, coffee houses, and restaurants). Visitors enjoy their own private garden area complete with lounge chairs, dining table, and a hammock. We definitely plan on coming back to Trieste and will be sure to book Villa Sisko for our next visit! Thank you Ingrid and Lamberto!

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen haben. Die Lage ist ideal: Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, zum Schloss Miramare und zu Bademöglichkeiten. Durch die vorhandenen Fahrräder konnte auf das Auto in vielen Fällen verzichtet werden.

Ideaal vakantieverblijf

Een heel aangenaam praktisch ingericht vakantie- appartement. De eigenaars hebben werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Alle nodige materiaal is voorhanden, zowel qua keukengerei als peper, zout, olie, azijn etc.... Ingrid en Lamberto zijn supercharmante en behulpzame mensen. We zijn al heel dikwijls op vakantie-appartementen geweest maar zo een warm welkom én uitleg over de streek hebben we nog nooit gehad! Zeker een aanrader!

Eine wunderschöne, perfekt ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Sind da, wenn man sie braucht, aber nicht aufdringlich. Ein wunderbarer Überraschungs-Begrüßungssnack mit Prosecco und für den nächsten Tag, alles was man so zum Frühstück braucht. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Bäcker mit Wursttheke und anderen Kleinigkeiten. 5 Gehminuten zum Bus nach Triest und Miramare. 10 Min. zum kleinen gut sortierten Supermarkt, zum Tabakladen, Apotheke und Post. Alles wunderbar. Aber ganz schrecklich, die Eisenbahnlinie, die in ca. 50m Luftlinie und sichtbar, etwas oberhalb der Wohnung entlang führt. Es kommen ca. alle 6,5 Min. laut ratternde Personen- und Güterzüge. Furchtbar. Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen war ganz unmöglich. Bei geschlossenem Fenster zu warm. Wir haben 7 Nächte schlecht geschlafen. Aus diesen Grund werden wir leider nicht mehr in diese sehr schöne Wohnung kommen können. Tut uns so leid für Ingrid und Lamberto.

A very well-kept, nicely and thoughtfully furnished apartment with attention to every detail, the patio and garden for personal use are perfect. The pictures reflect the real situation 100%. The welcoming snack and the well-stocked fridge for our first breaktfast were greatly appreciated. German TV, WiFi, restaurant recommendations etc., etc. are perks on top. Bella Italia! superfreundliche Vermieter, sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sowohl zum Strand als auch in die wunderschöne Stadt ist es mit dem Fahrrad nur ein Sprung! Wir kommen sicher mal wieder nach Triest. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ruhe und schöne Aussicht ganz in der Nähe von Triest

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete komfortable Ferienwohnung erlaubt angenehme Urlaubstage um Triest, Istrien und den Karst zu entdecken. Der Empfang des sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterpaares mit Prosecco und kleinem Imbiss ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch sonst sind ihre umfassenden Tipps auch in Form von Karten und Prospekten sehr hilfreich. Leider konnten wir den kleinen gepflegten Garten mit Esstisch, Liegen und Hängematten wegen des kühlen Wetters nur einen Tag genießen.
