About this property

The City Loft

  • The City Loft is our two-story city escape, a little piece of NYC right here in the heart of the Midwest! Featuring an open concept, studio floor plan, the City Loft is contemporary meets industrial.

    The main level hosts a living area with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen including appliances, cooking utensils and place settings for 8 as well as a smart TV, and Wi-fi. Each of cottage has a full bathroom furnished with towels, washcloths, a hairdryer, and a complimentary toiletry kit. In the second story of the City Loft you will find two queen sized beds and a twin bunk, making this cottage perfect for travelers with a large group or family! With a private front porch facing the southeast you’ll have a perfect view of the sunrise while indulging in your morning coffee. Of an evening take a step out of the city life and enjoy the night sky from your porch. Parking is 24/7 accessibility in the drive out front of your respective cottage.

    If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. Early check-in from 1:00 PM and late check-out until 1:00 PM may be available upon request and are subject to availability. A $25 fee may apply for either request, and approval is required from K4C Premier Cottages.

    We are a pet free and smoke free facility.

    As local owners, we are happily available to our guests as needed and would be glad to give recommendations on area attractions and restaurants!

The property was extremely clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! The property manager was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a 10/10!

Nice little cottage in small friendly town.

Upon arrival everything was in order and the cottage was exactly what was expected. Met the property owner while she was on site cleaning the other cottages and she was a very sweet, friendly and very helpful person. She was able to give us several suggestions on places to eat and visit while we were staying in town. If your looking for a quiet, friendly and super nice place to stay this is it.
