The house is located opposite the island Hiddensee on the edge of a nature reserve in the northwest of the island of Rügen (municipality of Trent) on the bay with very nice hiking and excursion possibilities. In the nearby four-star hotel is a spacious spa area, which can be used for a fee. From 01. Unfortunately, the hotel is closed for renovations in November 2017 for about seven months. The house was built using a traditional template (constructed in 2016) and with the latest technology (underfloor heating, freezer, washing machine and dryer) equipped. Directions: Coming from Stralsund leave the main road in the direction of Gingst / Trent / Hiddensee. Shortly after Gingst take the road to the left towards Trent / Hiddensee.
