Both cottages have their own private areas, also separated by an 8ft. privacy fence between them, but please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors. You will each have two private parking spots. \- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city. Interaction with Guests: I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone. All the little items that Lauren has in the house for you to use, are greatly appreciated. Hot tub - perfectFireplace - perfectHeated floors downstairs - perfectBeds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed & bathrooms/showers were clean and had everything needed for a shower...less you have to bring.In the end it was a perfect rental for a winter weekend and would recommend to anyone. The house was cozy, very clean, and fully stocked with so many extras. The property owners were super friendly and communicated very well the entire process. The website was super intuitive and informative giving us clear directions and information about the home, the tv, the wifi, pet policy, arrival and exit information as well as information about anything you could want to know about local events and restaurants. The home was very well insulated that kept us warm without having to crank up the heat. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough pillows and blankets. Tons of towels, bath and cleaning supplies. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, seasonings, utensils, paper towels, coffee, and so much more. There were even pet treats for our dog who came with us last minute. Overall this was three easiest review, a solid 5 stars, that I've ever given. We would certainly book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Traverse city. ##### Josh D. The host is responsive and very helpful. He gave me great ideas of activities and local eateries. My only problem was location. The photos made it look more remote than it is. We were looking for a quiet place off the beaten path. If you are looking to be in Traverse City and close to everything than this would he a wonderful choice. If you are looking for quiet inside and out then not so much. That said though the busy road is pervasive outside, but they did a great job at soundproofing the place. Now 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a nice open concept upstairs living area. Short walk to the beach at the end of the road. You do have to cross a busy road 4 lanes to get to the walking path to the beach. Bike trail is also super close and goes from Acme all the way to Sutton's Bay (25 miles 1 way). The hot tub on the back porch is a huge plus as well. The chalet is super clean and though we do not have an electric car, the parking spots have electric car chargers which would be very convenient for someone who does have that type of car! We enjoyed the convenience to downtown TC but found ourselves wanting to spend most of our time at the property - it was so cozy and comfortable. Just two beds so for 3 of us two had to share a bed. If traveling as two couples should know each other well or you’re about to with the intimate space. ;) Loved the location, the hot tub. It is small but since the use of space is well thought out it does not feel cramped. We loved the wrap around deck which felt like an extension of the inside. My boyfriend and I stayed at Lauren and Tom’s property for a weekend, and absolutely adored it! The house itself is very clean inside and out. The amenities were great and easily accessible. The property location is close to everything and only 10 minutes from the prettiest beach. My boyfriend’s daughter left a blanket behind unfortunately, but Laura was so kind as to send it back :) Thank you for the amazing stay, we will definitely be back next Cherry Fest!! ##### Aneta K.
