Just minutes from Traverse City & wineries, this open-concept home w/ forest views, soaring ceilings, & two stone fireplaces is perfect for making family memories. Spacious front porch & rear deck provide spaces to relax & unwind - including a hot tub & outdoor fire pit. 2 large master suites: one w/private balcony & jacuzzi & one w/ceiling mirror. Entire property is yours to enjoy! 45 min. to ski Crystal A smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or requests. 2 acre heavily wooded lot. When the leaves are in, you won't be able to see any neighbors. In the winter, you can vaguely see neighbors. Hot tub is completely secluded in back yard. You will have the whole house to yourself. Main Level: Queen Bedroom, 2 Twins Bedroom, Full Bathroom Upstairs: King Bedroom, Full Bathroom Lower Level: King Bedroom, Full Bathroom This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parent's and couples. The lower level unit is roughly 1000 sq. feet and is newly renovated with heated floor in the master bed and bath, extra sound proofing in the ceiling and solid core doors, and a ceiling mirror fixed above the king canopy bed. There is a separate entrance to the lower level. The upper level is 1700 sq feet with 3 beds and 2 baths. Another master bed and jacuzzi bath with towering cathedral ceilings. Both levels offer living rooms and kitchen areas. The highlight of the house is the backyard - Hot Springs hot tub, fire pit, grill, and gorgeous, private rock backdrop. In the winter, please drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle if possible. Our home is up a hill and into the woods - a gorgeous view. We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting! We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. And you have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. Kelsey and Joe were incredibly responsive and even checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was peaceful, quiet, and wonderfully private. It was also impressively well-stocked—from paper towels and toilet paper to ziplocks, garbage bags, and firewood.Despite the holiday, the driveway was plowed early on Thanksgiving morning, which we really appreciated. We stayed cozy throughout the winter weather thanks to the fireplace and hot tub. "Wow" was the most commonly used word during our first walk throughout this property! Our group of women was blown away by this location. Kelsey was a WONDERFUL, accommodating host, and very quickly responded to all my questions before and during our stay. The house layout allows for both group fun and privacy thanks to the large space and all the beds were very comfortable. The location is great for anyone touring Leelanau Peninsula or looking to have a night-in. Highly recommend! ##### Ashleigh P. With three couples, two with kids under 6, it was the perfect size. The location just northwest of downtown TC and less than 30 minutes from Sutton’s Bay was great. The hot tub, three full baths, nice little fire pit, downstairs living area and extra kitchenette, the privacy surrounded by woods, I could go on it all set the tone for a great vacation.
