We were able to to walk everywhere-which we loved! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I slept in the bedroom with the queen. My younger son slept in the 2nd room with the twin. I was a little confused about other sleeping arrangements. So anyone that needs clarification, there are two roll away beds that are in the closets. You are able to put one in the living room/kitchen area. I think this set up works for families or a friends weekend. It doesn’t really fit 2 grown couples, unless you prefer to sleep apart. Not a big deal to us- I just would want to know! We just made up the sofa with the sheet set, and he slept there. We travel with a fold up wagon and that works well for transporting your belongings up to the apartment. We found parking on the road and had no issues. There is a workout room down the hallway and it was great! It was very clean with modern furnishings. It had a full kitchen and newer appliances. The space was perfect for 2 or 4 people. The walk to Downtown Traverse City was safe and easy - under 1 minutes. We would stay in the Oak Tree House again. ##### John H. Wonderful amenities, very clean, plenty of towels, etc. Was really nice to have a restuarant and coffee shop on site. Very pleasant walk to downtown Traverse City.
