The resort was very clean and had a beautiful view of the golf course. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and activities. The private beach and pool were also wonderful. Will definitely go back.

First stay at the resort. We’re clean freaks and the property passed the test. Great workout center for a resort. Staff we interacted with were great. Had to make a change to the reservation and the staff was very helpful.

Staid over July 4 weekend with our family of four including two young kids and we had a great time. Several pools, private beach access, lots of food options, fast room service, it checked all the boxes. The location works well as a nice retreat from Traverse City, but close enough to easily drive in and enjoy all the city has to offer too.

I loved this hotel. We only stayed a night so we didn't get the benefits from the whole property. Every part of the property and hotel is nice. So clean. The staff was excellent. Stay at least 2 nights. Worth it.

The stay was wonderful. There are a lot of amenities to take advantage of. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because they only offered breakfast buffet when we were there and it wasn’t much better than what you get at the hotels that offer free breakfast…and it was $25/pp.

The property is very well maintained, the pictures are a little bit misleading online because it shows the tall tower, but you will not automatically get to stay in the tower. Also, the beach is by shuttle. Otherwise it was a great stay, really enjoyed the food and outdoor pool.

The room and amenities were great, and the bed was quite comfortable! It was nice having some shops in the hotel. We enjoyed being close but not too close to downtown, as well as being incredibly close to the Turtle Creek casino. We will certainly be returning!

Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely.

Overall an okay resort with amenities if you are coming with kids . The hotel had weird smell to it ( smoky) there were also fruit flies everywhere and in cafe . Didn’t feel the resort was clean . Asked front desk about breakfast option and she told me just to look at brochure given at check in ( was not friendly) . Restaurant at top was very nice and offered good brunch!

Very pricey for the accommodations. The resort is definitely dated. Rooms clean, but TV channels were horrible. No local news channels. Either sports or Golden Girls. None of the pools were adult friendly...all had kids splashing and screaming. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

We stayed in the off season - after snowing and before summer golf. We seemed to be about the only ones in the hotel - almost. We had the pool to ourselves. Our room had a great view and was really nice. A very nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Valley View condo was great and so was the pool area. The only not so good thing that happened is when we were in the outdoor hot tub area the door locked behind us and we had to bang on the door for a while before someone noticed.

This is the place to go to if your staying longer than a few days. There's so many amenities, I wasn't able to see all of them. The gym was great, I love that they have free weights and a smith machine. I can't wait to go back and play the golf course.
