If its super hot when you arrive, open the rooftop door for a bit for the hot air to clear out. Set the thermostat fan high and temp low. Parking was tight, couldn't fit our truck that was less than 19ft due to cars parked and getting turned in. Parked in a nearby lot with no issues. The only issue we had was the top floor was very warm, even with the AC cranked up. No air flow through the vents. The winter might not be an issue but it was for us.
