About this property
Cozy and Convenient!
- Cozy townhouse in the heart of beautiful Leelanau County. Two bedrooms (upstairs), both with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. There is a half bath on the first floor. Full kitchen, living room, dining room. Air conditioning, washer and dryer. There is access to an in-ground pool on the property as well as tennis courts. Year-round fun! Enjoy golf, boating/kayaking, fishing, swimming, biking and hiking in spring and summer; fabulous color in the fall; snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter; shopping and wine tasting year-round! The townhouse is located at Sugar Loaf. From there it's an easy drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Suttons Bay and Traverse City. There is a golf course on the property, "The Old Course," as well as another nearby, "Manitou Passage." Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan is only three miles away, perfect for swimming and watching stunning sunsets.
