Cozy townhouse in the heart of beautiful Leelanau County. Two bedrooms (upstairs), both with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. There is a half bath on the first floor. Full kitchen, living room, dining room. Air conditioning, washer and dryer. There is access to an in-ground pool on the property as well as tennis courts. Year-round fun! Enjoy golf, boating/kayaking, fishing, swimming, biking and hiking in spring and summer; fabulous color in the fall; snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter; shopping and wine tasting year-round! The townhouse is located at Sugar Loaf. From there it's an easy drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Suttons Bay and Traverse City. There is a golf course on the property, "The Old Course," as well as another nearby, "Manitou Passage." Overall clean Maybe make sure lights are plugged in upstairs we has to use phone lights since no lights worked and it was dark when we went upstairs. While it's a little secluded, it is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area, so convenient for exploring the peninsula. It was just a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Lake Leelanau, and Sutton's Bay. Bike trails and beaches were close and convenient for our family with young kids. The pool access was great and the other residents very friendly. The condo had everything we needed to cook in when we wanted to stay in. The only downside was how the upstairs bedrooms really heated up during the day with the east/west facing windows, but the owner provided fans that helped cool it down.
