Summary:
Within a mile away from downtown TC you will find this fresh 2 bedroom first floor unit. On the top floor there is a shared rooftop patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. This bright first floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches.
The Space:
Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed along with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.
**Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request**
All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.
**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.
**Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected.
***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.
Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.
There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.
Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.
Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo.
Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.
Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.
Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.
If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)
It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.
Please report any damages immediately.

Property is close to downtown and we enjoyed our stay. Host was wonderful to work with and it was very clean. We would absolutely book this again. 5 Star stay!!
Perfect location, super close to all the restaurants and shops. Stayed here with 3 adults and a 2 year old. Spacious condo. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!
The condo was perfect for a home base while exploring the area. It had everything we needed and was nice location. Host was responsive and house was clean
Great location, home was very clean, check in and check out was super easy!
Only negative was that the pull out bed was broken so the place technically only sleeps 4 and not 6. We had 6 people so this was a big bummer.
The unit was clean, easy to access, & in a safe area. Proximity to DT & the wineries. Only feedback is that the water filter needed to changed out & the master bedroom was noisy with traffic. They provided ear plugs however, so they came in handy.
Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The property manager was very quick and kind in responding to my questions before and during our stay. Rooftop seating was great, especially for morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
Great condo with all the extras. Perfect for a little weekend getaway trip. There were even ear plugs for the late night traffic noise. This condo is conveniently located to everything.
Super clean. Had every single thing we needed. Location is perfect. Shopping, beaches, restaurants, marinas, parks - all nearby. The table book was organized with maps and reccomendations - very helpful. Key codes, parking - very easily.

Easy booking and great place. Traffic noise should be listed in the description so people can plan accordingly
The property was perfect for our girls trip. There was 6 of us and it was spacious enough for us to hang out and catch up! The outdoor space was nice to enjoy the cool night!
Especially in the summer, there is a ton of parking near by. It was great renting this unit for the weekend since it was a present to my parents’ for their 40th anniversary. Thank you for the great stay!!
Love the pet friendly apartments in this bldg. Property is located adjacent to a charming neighborhood perfect for dog walking. This particular apartment was not as clean as the previous one in which we stayed. Floors were not washed, lots of marks on the walls & sheets in master BR were not clean. Hopefully this was an aberration because I still highly recommend the property.
Like the location. The place is pretty and updated. Towels are soft and lots of space. I was not happy they took dogs. I had dog hair in beds and couch. I washed my sheets first night. They came back next day to clean up. The place didn’t smell and was nice, but I would not go back because I don’t like pet hair and don’t have pets. Very nice people to work with. The main bedroom is loud with traffic and hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

They left rar plugs but the street noise is loud.
The main complaint would be that the parking spots are very narrow. The condo itself is very nice a d well furnished.
