On the top floor there is a shared rooftop patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. This bright first floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. The Space: Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed along with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. \*\*Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request\*\* All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. \*\*Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number. \*\*Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected. \*\*\*If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean. Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation. Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo. Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary. Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate. Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can. If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.) It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency. Please report any damages immediately. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Communication with the management was a 10/10\. They are EXTREMELY quick to respond and resolve issues immediately. In our case one of the pots in the unit had a broken handle and we needed a new shower curtain. They dropped off a whole new pot and pan set the next day and we had a new shower curtain within the hour. I know they warn about the main road being loud, but we didn’t really hear it. The apartments are well insulated and we couldn’t hear our neighbors much.The walk to downtown Traverse City is about 25 minutes down pretty neighborhood streets. We like to walk so this was fine for us. We could also walk to the grocery store and Starbucks from here. The only thing we didn’t love was the parking situation. You get one spot and it's tight. We have an SUV and we took up every inch of our space and our doors got dinged. I felt sorry for the people in trucks. There is free street parking on State Street and it was always available.The building is very secure and the area was safe.A couple of tips:The microwave fan doesnt vent outside, it vents into the cabinet above it. We made bacon before I knew it wasn't venting outside and it smelled like bacon for daysss. Open windows to air out smells while you cook.The fan is loud and we used it as white noise for the dogs during thunderstorms, fireworks, and when we left so they wouldn't bark when they heard people in the hallwaysDog friendly ##### Abby J. Upon checking into this unit we were very surprised to see that the second "bedroom" was in fact a windowless room with no egress window or closet. I emailed the property management company who replied promptly saying the bedroom was a non-conforming bedroom. I was quite uncomfortable having my two young children sleep in a room with no emergency egress / windows. Just beware that the second "bedroom" is a windowless box. We brought my 80 yr old mother on the trip and rented a 1st floor unit. It was easily accessible from parking to condo. The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable for socializing. The beds were comfortable and baths were clean and had all amenities that you need. Another family member rented the 3rd floor unit with a roof top outdoor patio and Jacuzzi, which was a great way to end the day using the hot tub. The lower unit was larger than the upper level unit which worked out well for family meals. Overall the place was modern, clean and very comfortable and we would not hesitate to rent this place again. ##### Dennis D. When we booked on the website, it clearly stated that it will be a condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, when we arrived and checked into the property, we found it was a condo with 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom! The bathroom was inside of the master bedroom, which caused inconvenience for our group. One door in the living room was locked - we did not know whether it was for the third bedroom or the bathroom. We contacted the property manager right away and asked the manager. He replied in email that there was no third bedroom and the unit only had "two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room". We relied on the expectation that there would be three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms when booking the rental home. It was shocking to us and certainly disruptive to the overall quality of the stay and our trip. This needs to be corrected and we ask for a refund for the discomfort and inconvenience. ##### Yang Z.
