Romey apartment is a gracious place at the 1st floor in a family building in Via Romey of the same name. The apartment offers welcoming interiors furnished with particular care and equipped with all comforts: a pleasant living room with dining area, two comfortable bedrooms with small balconies overlooking the street, a pleasant fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment offers all the comforts that your home may have: smart TV, washing machine, electric and microwave ovens, air conditioner (split to the living areas, air dryer, iron with ironing board, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle, WI-FI connection, fan, a courtesy set of linen and towels and a welcoming kit. The second bedroom has two single beds or, if you prefer, a double bed. For tenants staying with children, as a courtesy, we offer a booster seat (high chair) and a baby camping cot. Among the items provided, a map of the city accompanied with magazines and tourist guides of the province, as well, a beach umbrella for your enjoyment of the beautiful beaches of the area. Curiosity: the apartment retains the characteristic “cementine” floors, typical of the early 1900s construction, typically common to the zone of Trapani; which stylistically enrich the rooms like decorative carpets. During the stay, guests can access the apartment at any time and take advantage of all the comforts it offers. For guests traveling by car, the parking spots available in the area are free. THERE IS FREE PARKING ALONG THE STREET. The tourist tax, required by the city, is not included in the price and is to be paid on the day of arrival. The tax is due by each guest, for a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. \-Upon arrival, valid identification documents for all guests staying in the apartment must be presented, in order to fulfill the legal obligation connected to the lease relationship and sign the tourist lease contract as required by Italian law. The apartment was good for the 2 of us. Great location with everything I'm walking distance. We used the bus system to go to Erice cable car and enjoyed the 30 min walk home.A booklet was provided very thorough with recommendations. The property was just as it was described in the listing and met our needs perfectly. We loved its location, a few minutes from the water, supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Trapani. I would also like to again thank Vitalba for being a great host. She met us at the apartment, gave us a tour of the apartment, and answered a myriad of questions that we had, including helping us figure out how to pay a ticket we got for parking in a metered area. Most noteworthy was her quick response to our call on our last day (Saturday morning) when we needed assistance. She was timely and very gracious when we realized that we could have resolved the issue ourselves and did not need to have her come to the apartment. Grazie mille! ##### Usama S. Nov 2, 2016 #### Très bel appartement, lumineux, confortable et idéalement situé. Notre séjour fut fort agréable grâce au confort et à la position géographique de l'appartement. A cinq minutes à pied de la mer mais à cinq minutes aussi des principaux commerces, bars, restaurants, pâtisseries et supermarchés (deux). Il n'est donc pas indispensable d'être motorisé même pour visiter le joli centre historique de Trapani accessible en une quinzaine de minutes. La propriétaire qui est d'une extrême gentillesse nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a toujours été très disponible et soucieuse de notre bien être.
