They even have different types of shampoo at the lobby for you to try. However, the ones in the room are already good enough. My dry hair became so soft and manageable. The staff were excellent - helpful and patient. True Japanese hospitality and service. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby with a small area for guests to relax and read newspapers too.
