Samuel at the front desk was FANTASTIC! He is very personable, and very accommodating! He is the reason this place gets five stars! Breakfast was very nice & good! The location of the resort was perfect for going into the park.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Sam was awesome about answering questions and taking care of my requests! He put us in the perfect room for my sister who has some mobility issues! The bed was comfy and pillows too ! The grounds were very nice and manicured! We stayed two nights and will stay again ! Totally would recommend this accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. A few evenings, we picked up dinner and enjoyed eating right on the patio. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tremont and have already recommended it to others. The room was clean and the continental breakfast offered more than we had expected. There were family friendly activities such as corn hole, pickle ball, swimming (indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub), a fire pit, etc. Our only issue was a problem with the TV working in our sleeping area. However, any time we needed assistance with this issue, the staff were prompt and apologetic that we were having this issue. I would stay here again most definitely!!!

Some parts seem out of date and others were good. Clean room and lobby. Shower was terrible and bed way too soft. We didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi in the bedroom but sure looked like it would take forever to fill up as it was massive. Overall not bad though. Large room.

The stay was nice except for a group of motorcycles that took over my parking spot in front of my room! I couldn't pull in and had to park across from it until they left hours later ! I didn't complain to lodge thou ! The property is a nice property and breakfast was good !

Very conveniently located in town and close to the national park. The rooms are super cute and we loved our balcony. The pool was closed for maintenance during our visit which was disappointing since it was July. The free breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the waffles.

Location was great! indoor pool Jacuzzi and sauna were great! rooms are dated. They've got to get rid of the carpet. It seemed pretty dirty, but the rest of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Moes and the grocery store should've been open a little later, but we were able to walk across the street to get food at the tavern and it was really good.

We really enjoyed the access to the gas grill and pavillion. We were able to spend valuable family together. We gathered supplies at the local IGA grocery and prepared supper while the kiddo swam in the pool. The lodge is very close to Cades Cove and we were glad to spend time there as well.
