The fabulous setting of this holiday home guarantees an unforgettable holiday for the whole family. You and your beloved ones can rejoice in the quiet atmosphere under the warm sunshine that characterises the Costa del Sol, while all the comforts and amenities provided ensure a truly relaxing stay. You will definitely go back home with your batteries fully charged. The villa features a rustic ambience, ensured by the wooden furniture and the decoration of the indoor rooms. The entrance hall is a glazed veranda, whose wooden ceiling shelters a dining table and a chill-out area: this is the perfect spot for enjoying the views when the temperatures are chillier and have your meals away from the hot sun rays in summer. The living area, located right at the entrance of the house, is equipped with everything you can ask for: a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a TV, a spacious dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Likewise, the sleeping area features three cosy bedrooms, where you and your family can truly rejoice in your well-deserved sleep. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each, and the third bedroom relies on two twin beds. One bathroom with a bathtub is also available inside the house. The living room is equipped with warm/cool air-con and a wood-burning stove. An independent apartment is also located inside the plot, on the basement located on a lower level than the main house and the pool area. This apartment features a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. Therefore, up to eight people can accommodate in this holiday home and spend their holidays together in a charming setting. The fabulous pool area is located halfway between the main house and the apartment, and it overlooks the valley that extends below the holiday home. You can rest on the Balinese bed by the pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers of the terrace and dip into the refreshing waters of the private pool. A separate toilet is also provided outside the house. A covered BBQ area lets you prepare the most delicious meals, which you can have in the outdoor dining area overlooking the valley. This way, your meals, and your holidays, will acquire a whole new flavour. Not too far from the coast about a 15min drive but far enough out of town for peace. The road was tarmac'd and fine to drive. This villa must have one of the best views in the area , it is really spectacular! A wonderful pool area, outside kitchen where we spent most of our time. Man kann wunderbar spazieren gehen, die Aussicht genießen, die schöne Terrasse mit Pool nutzen, in der tollen Aussenküche grillen und den Wintergarten nutzen, der super war, da es Abends oft noch etwas frisch war. So konnten wir trotzdem vom Wintergarten aus, die Sicht auf die Lichter im Tal genießen. Carlos war sehr freundlich und half uns immer sofort. Wir haben uns sehr über die frischen Orangen und Avokados aus dem Garten gefreut. Es war insgesamt ein superschöne Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Der Außenbereich des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist atemberaubend. Gerade die Sonnenaufgänge kann man hier sehr schön genießen. Sehr schön ist auch die kleine seperate Wohnung unterhalb des Hauses. Ebenfalls mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Anfahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine schmale und holprige Bergstraße. Ist aber für geübte Fahrer locker machbar. Ein großes Auto ist aber vielleicht schon besser. Wir hatten einen Ford Bus mit Automatik und hatten beim Fahren keine Probleme. Carlos ist der Besitzer und übergibt einem die Schlüssel für das Haus. Er ist sehr freundlich und gibt einem guten Tipps für den Urlaub. Wenn man etwas braucht oder wissen will kann man Carlos immer fragen. Wir brauchten Carlos nicht da unser Urlaub im Haus ohne Problem ablief. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier in dem Ferienhaus einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht. Die Umgebung hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist atemberaubend und wir verbrachten Stunden damit, die Millionen-Dollar-Aussicht zu genießen, die nachts besonders schön war, wenn ein goldener Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen auf der anderen Seite des Tals lag. Es ist ein absolut atemberaubender Ort und Fotos können ihm nicht gerecht werden. Die Villa ist schön und privat, obwohl sie nicht abgelegen wirkt. Es war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten, und Ruralidays waren ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Wir waren Carlos sehr dankbar für seine schnelle Unterstützung, als wir sie brauchten (nichts mit der Villa zu tun!). Für begeisterte Wanderer oder Läufer bieten die Landstraßen rund um das Dorf angenehme (und steile!) Routen in der Nähe. Ein Fahrzeug ist ein Muss, da die nächsten Geschäfte und Restaurants nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind und Taxis nur ungern den Hügel hinauffahren (obwohl ich mir sicher bin, dass Ruralidays bei der Organisation eines solchen helfen würde). Wenn wir die Gelegenheit dazu haben, werden wir nicht zögern, in mein Traumhaus zurückzukehren! Wenn Sie etwas unternehmen möchten, sind Sie in fünfzehn Minuten auf der Autobahn. Viel Privatsphäre auf den Terrassen und am Pool. Carlos, der Besitzer, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann und immer verfügbar, wenn Sie ihn brauchen. Wenn ich nach Andalusien zurückkehre, würde ich dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder wählen! Sehr gut ausgestattet - BBQ-Liebhaber, das Haus hat alles, was Sie brauchen! Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und das Haus ist komfortabel. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr bequem! Seit März ist die Veranda das große Kapital dieses Hauses, einschließlich der Heizung! Im März ist von 07:00 bis 17:00 Sonne im Haus! Es ist sehr schön. Carlos ist sehr nett und sehr verfügbar. Dass es ein kleines Studio gibt, ist auch für mehrere Familien sehr praktisch. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schwierig und kurvenreich, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.
